BURKE TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY
     
     
Alberta Employment and Immigration (AEI) sponsor this venture at the present time.  The criteria for admission, services and guidelines are established by AEI.
 
Criteria:
  • Unemployed for a minimum of 3 months
  • Unable to maintain permanent employment a a result of disability/medical related issues
  • Only interested in temporary employment to build confidence and explore opportunities
  • Want to build marketable skills and employment experience
  • do not want permanent employment
  • Documented disability with completed medical form
  • Have the capacity to be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week within 6 months from start date

What to Expect:
  • Opportunity to have employment opportunities with a variety of employers and different types of positions
  • Supports from the Burke Temp Team
  • flexible inconsistent employment opportunities *shifts are dependent on assignments

Examples of Assignments:
  • Flyer delivery
  • Collating
  • Light Janitorial
  • Merchandising
  • Inventory
